Day 45 (Tuesday)
Ghost Whiskers enjoys music and companionship.
Marc’s efforts have paid off! He’s been promoted to PhD of Pollen, the highest level in the Gardener career – Botanist branch.
His happy bubble is slightly burst when he gets a call from the high school.
Ainsley was caught using her phone to look up quiz answers.
She should know better and failing the quiz will be a good reminder.
As if that wasn’t enough, Ainsley’s friend didn’t study for the big exam and wants her to share answers.
It’s a tough choice but Ainsley has to do what’s right.
It is Marc’s turn to feed the work lab’s Cowplant, Bo Vine.
Marc decides to offer it cake.
I wish Marc was working from home today because he could have introduced himself to Mike’s wife, L.
(A/N: I’m still slightly shocked that Mike snagged such a well-dressed Sim! Opposites attract definitely came into play here, LOL)
Ainsley wants to bring Damien home.
Marc gives permission because he believes in second chances.
The girls get home and Damien jogs over to meet up with them. The difference in him is immediately noticeable!
He spends a few minutes with Aimee before heading upstairs to see Ainsley.
Marc gently but firmly lets Damien know he should be working on his homework, too.
Damien joins Aimee at the table but doesn’t pull out his textbook.
Ainsley is quick to join them but he still doesn’t take the hint about homework.
(A/N: I think he likes both girls because he spends time with each whenever he is around. Not sure how they feel about him although Ainsley might like him more than Aimee does.)
Marc gets a birthday gift from Mike and smiles when he sees the pack of starter seeds.
Once he finishes in the garden, he continues working on upgrades and reaches L9 in the Handiness skill.
By 10:30, both girls are in bed.
Marc heads to bed around 11:30.
Finances:
He puts food out for Ghost Whiskers (which he doesn’t eat!) and pays bills. I think he has more than enough and can afford to hire a gardener now.

Congrats to Marc on reaching the top in his job as gardener!
Nice to see Mike´s wife. What a shame that Marc was out. They could meet in the next family celebration or party.
I stil like Damien for the heir´s husband.

Am really glad he managed to reach the top of his career especially since he’s an elder now. Hopefully there will be a chance for the family to meet her … I think she’s a pretty Sim. Oh, you would? Time will tell if he’s the Sim for her. 😀

Congrats on that PhD Marc, you are really moving up the ladder as far as it will go, and that’s a lot of money per hour! Woot Woot! Whoa that is like the blind leading the blind :), and it was probably that same mean friend she brought home when she was a child that broke Aimee’s project! Is Mike’s wife an alien? You sure that’s the same kid :D! Super great reading dear Addy!

Very happy he got the final promotion before his time with us ended! It is!! Marc brings home §2,100 at L10 … wow!! L. Faba was one of the three sages in ROM before she married Mike. Yes, that is the kid who destroyed Aimee’s school project.

Very happy he got it. I know it isn’t a goal but I like my Sims to reach the top of their careers before they pass the baton. Like you, I’m not 100% sure about that boy yet.
