The current task for this Scenario is as follows:

• Get promoted to Startup Entrepreneur or eSports Gamer
• Optional: Drink a Snaggle Fluster

(A/N: The calendar shows that it is Skill Day but the all-day “event” doesn’t seem to start at the given time. Personally, I think this Scenario has a few issues, one of which I will mention in depth later on.)

It’s Skill Day. Sims are supposed to work on a new skill or level up a low skill.

Nova seems inclined to practice singing while she’s at her computer before work. She likes it but is glad nobody can hear her wobbly off-tune voice.

Another royalty check. Ka-ching!

The mailman arrives to deliver bills. He doesn’t seem happy … perhaps he ran out of his favorite morning beverage and didn’t have time to stop somewhere for a to-go cup of goodness.

Nova has an idea but the CEO wants to make changes to her concept. Those changes means the end product won’t be worth the time and effort as far as she’s concerned. She decides to keep the original concept and hope for the best.

The CEO is quite the rude little twit, isn’t he?! Next time he tries to change another of her ideas into something unrecognizable, Nova will pitch it elsewhere!

After a long day, she’s ready to go home but gets called into her immediate boss’ office. Is she going to be reprimanded for what happened earlier?

No, not at all. Her boss lets her know that two other departments are vying for her to join their respective teams.

She carefully considers both offers and …

Decides that being an eSports Gamer is not her thing. She accept the offer for Start-Up Entrepreneur.

Now she’s considered to be The Next Big Thing? … wow, not exactly a title to go around introducing yourself to others with but the pay increase more than makes up for the cringey job title.

Nova is quite proud of herself and pleased that the rug she received (weird signing bonus) looks nice in front of her couch.

She excitedly shares her news with her two favorite men.

Nova and Kyle decide to move in together.

The Scenario ended as soon as Nova chose her branch and got promoted but I wanted to place the perk item and get moved in before calling it done.

The reward traits are pretty nice, too.

End of Day 14 and the end of this Scenario!! 🎉

Day 13, part 2 <= Stuck in Their Shadow => THE END

So … on their date at the apartment, I wanted Kyle to move in. The game let me get as far as the menu where he can be moved to her household but then the game wouldn’t allow me to click on the checkmark to accept it. At this point, the game froze and I couldn’t do anything other than exit game.

I tried two more times to see if something hindered it from happening. No go.

AFTER their date, Kyle came back and asked Nova to move in together. See?! Kyle wants it too. Same issue happened.

Scenario ends. I try to do it again and the same thing happened. I ended up left-clicking on Kyle and selecting “add to family”. He moved in, no issue.

Going to end it here and be glad I could complete the Scenario without further problems. As if THREE of them wasn’t more than enough.
