Mikey is cute but Nova isn’t interested in getting one herself because that would mean walks and such outdoors. Ugh. Not her thing.

She takes time to get to know Umber’s wife, Juniper.

A pet would be nice. Nova adopts Thimble, a pygmy hedgehog.

He’s so cute!

The Indoorsy lifestyle means that Nova is content staying inside and gets a mood boost for doing so. It’s a perfect choice for someone wanting to be a programmer.

Lewis comes over for a short visit.

Nova feels comfortable sharing a bright idea with her good friend now that they aren’t competing for a spot on the same project or limited department budget. It’s also a relief not having stress from working together – back when he was being a complete tuna head.

It’s obvious he won’t be making any apps on his own so she has no issue running her idea by him and getting feedback.

Hmm … maybe Thimble would like some greenery to look at. The apartment is still rather plain looking. He can look but not nibble so it’s a win-win for sure.
