Nova eats breakfast and then decides she doesn’t care for herself all that much. Then wonders what could have caused the self-hate.

She needs to do something creative to give herself a break from programming (and avoid burnout) so … writing it is!

Nova clears the mental fog. Yay!

Nova can’t really “celebrate” a clear mind because her laptop broke. She’s happy to know that being focused means repairs get done quicker.

A broken laptop puts a damper on the Techie lifestyle.

That’s not the only thing that’s sad. Kyle is too.

Nova pulls him in close and offers what comfort she can.

Another royalty check. Ka-ching!

Kyle is happy. Nova’s in a good mood, too. She decides to ask him out on a date and have it here at home so there’s less chance of them being interrupted.

Oops! She spoke too soon. Shh, Raj. Go away, Raj. Kyle is flirting with Nova.

They listen to romantic music and get to know each other a little bit better.

This is a good spot for stopping this portion.
