New in Town: Day 4, part 2

They go to the Casbah Gallery and within minutes of their arrival, Taku Akiyama invites himself into their conversation.

(A/N: First Jenna and now her SON tries to interfere during Farrah’s time with Lou. What gives, you Akiyama annoyances?!)

Taku joins the conversation and Lou exits it, heading upstairs. Farrah extricates herself as soon as she can but isn’t quite sure where Lou disappeared to. Bummer.

A quick peek at Social Bunny to see if Lou posted any pics indicating where he might be and … holy moly! The number of Sims following Farrah has almost doubled in a day.

Farrah manages to track down Lou and they further their friendship through conversation.

Let’s take a picture to commemorate our friendship.

While taking their photo, Farrah decides she enjoys Photography as much as she does Painting.

Hugging Lou just feels so natural and right.

What else feels natural? Farrah asking Lou to be her boyfriend, of course!

(A/N: I have to admit, from the moment I saw Lou, I personally liked him the best of the 3 but was willing to have her go out with each. However as their date progressed, I decided she didn’t need to see Tetsu again to see if there was a chance of sparks. I really, really like Farrah and Lou together so together they are!)

Farrah (and I) got nervous while Lou stood there, twiddling his fingers while she asked. It seemed like he was going to say no which had her/us worried. Thank goodness he said YES!

It felt like this was a really good time for ending their date.

(A/N: Their date went well. It was in the silver range but I honestly didn’t see the need to push it to gold because these two will go on more dates.)

Farrah is simply smitten with Lou and wishes he feels the same way about her.

Bye, Lou. Farrah had a great time and hopes you did, too.

She compliments Miwa Takeuchi on her outfit and they spend a few minutes chatting before Farrah says goodbye.

Miwa might be unemployed (do most Sims NOT work?) but she’s Generous. She’s also a bit of a Slob and a Music Lover. Perhaps Farrah can encourage her to enter the music industry.

It’s time to go have a chat with Akira.

For some reason, he’s feeling scared so Farrah calms him down which furthers their friendship.

This earns her a good reputation.

Time to say what’s on her mind and the reason she chose to visit him. Farrah lets Akira know she would prefer it if they are just friends.

Before he can respond, Bernice butts in. Game, come on. I like this Scenario and the little extras it provides but your timing on when to insert Scenario stuff sucks. 😆

Trying to end the romantic side of things with Akira makes Farrah absentmindedly agree to a hangout.

There are no hard feelings. Farrah and Akira easily end things in that regard.

To further show that there are no hard feelings and they can easily be mere friends, Farrah takes time to meet Akira’s roommates.

Miko is a Social justice Worker at Concerned Citizens of Myshuno. It seems like the perfect job for someone who is Good, Neat and a bit of a Geek.

Darling goes to Copperdale high School and is both Active and Unflirty.

This seems like a good spot to stop this portion.
