January House 2019

Every month BreeMiles hosts a House Challenge and they always look like a lot of fun to do! The rules are simple: follow the floor plan, unlimited budget, use any packs, use custom content (for those so inclined!) and pick your own colors.

This month I challenged myself to stop being a lurker and participate.

Presenting January House 2019

This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home was built on the Tranquil Crescent lot in Newcrest. Plenty of room for a sim & two toddlers or two sims & two toddlers. I strongly encourage the second option as toddlers are a lot of work, lol

    1. Thanks, Bree! I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly it all came together … I usually take a lot longer to crank out a build. Having a floor plan really helps speed up the building process for me.

Definitely looking forward to next month’s challenge!

    1. I found out about it via twitter. @Bree_Miles posts the monthly challenge and also does a pinned tweet on her page. Hope this helps you find it so you can join in the fun πŸ™‚

Thanks!! I chose the rugs and then selected wall coverings to match … really love those rugs with the orange walls!

      1. LOL. To each her own, I guess. I love the little tykes. I’m not so fond of sim babies, though. They just eat, sleep, poop and cry. I love that Sims 4 toddlers have personalities. That’s what makes them fun for me. πŸ™‚
