19 Cozy Place

This build is part of the #CollabNewcrestPFE #CollabNewcrestPFE2019 project. Several of us paired with simmers from the Polish and French official forums to build in Newcrest.

Each group was assigned a 5 lot section and in each section, 5 builders came together to decide on a theme, pick a lot and build something.

This cozy 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom (has a master suite and 2nd suite ~ can sleep 6 to 8 sims). Amenities include: Formal Dining, Breakfast Nook, Laundry, Garden and Play Area.

      Oh, my goodness … that fire, ha ha. First time I recall testing a build and the stove catches on fire. Very glad I remembered to install the fire alarm & utility panel and even more glad I didn’t place a grill on the lot.
